Production Lead Times
Standard: 6–8 weeks from purchase, starting once full payment and all required details (names, wording, colours, event date, instructions) are received. Timeframes are estimates due to handmade/custom work. We’ll email you if there’s a significant change.
Priority / Express Production
Required date must be clearly stated at checkout date, once it is confirmed the production tier and due date can not be changed.
- Standard: 4 weeks (orders needed within 4–6 weeks)
- Courier: 2 weeks
- Express: 5 working days
Calendar Date Selection (Dispatch Date)
The date you select on our calendar must align with the shipping option you choose (standard, courier, or express).
If you select a date that does not match the production and shipping timeframe for your chosen option, we will adjust your selected date to the nearest appropriate dispatch date based on that shipping tier.
Example: If your item is required in two months but you select a calendar date one month earlier, we will shift the date forward to match the production/shipping timeframe you selected.
Due Dates (Dispatch vs Delivery)
Your due date is the dispatch date, not the delivery date.
Shipping
New Zealand: $50 (includes packaging + tracking number+ signature, unless stated otherwise)
- Rural/Northland/South Island: 2–5 working days after dispatch
- North Island: 1–3 working days after dispatch
Australia: Shipping will be available soon
Pickup: Not available. All orders are shipped.
Product are securely packed in a box with the product and stand.
Courier Delays (Important)
Once dispatched with NZ Post/courier, delivery timeframes are outside our control (courier delays, weather, rural routes, customs). Our responsibility is to make and dispatch within the agreed timeframe. We can lodge a courier enquiry, but we cannot refund/compensate for delays where the order was dispatched on time.
